In order to get the very best performance from your Transom Jack Plate, we require the following information on all Hydro Dynamics orders.

  • Transom Measurement (from top of the transom to the bottom of the keel)
    Outboard Information:
  • Make

  • Hp Rating
  • Measurements (bolt pattern on all outboards 1984 and older)

Hydro Dynamics Warranty Information


LIMMITED WARRANTY

  • Hydro Dynamics (the warrantor) hereby warrants its products to the original purchaser thereof (the consumer) any and all defects in workmanship and material under the following terms and conditions.

PARTY TO WHOM WARRANTY IS EXTENDED

  • This Limited Warranty is specifically limited to the original purchaser of the products and is enforced only by such original purchaser.

COVERAGE OF WARRANTY

  • In the unlikely event of a defect of workmanship or material of the product
  •  Hydro Dynamics will repair or replace the product, or any defective part or parts thereof at the election of the Hydro Dynamics without charge to the CONSUMER for such repair or replacement of such defective product.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF DEFECT

  • In order to obtain performance under the Limited Warranty, the CONSUMER must do the following: 
    1. The CONSUMER must retain proof of purchase of the product, in the forum of a sales receipt, clearly indicating the date if purchase. This Limited Warranty is not enforceable, unless the CONSUMER presents such proof of purchase, clearly indicating the date of purchase at the time a claim is made under this Limited Warranty. 
    2. The CONSUMER must deliver or ship the product, postage and freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase directly to Hydro Dynamics, P.O. Box 418, #1 Hydro Lane, Benton, LA 71006.

MAXIMUM LIABILLITY

  • The maximum Liability of Hydro Dynamics in connection with this warranty shall not under and circumstances exceed the contract price of the product claimed to be defective.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY

  • The Limited Warranty shall not apply and shall become fully null and void in the event of damage to the product resulting from any of the following: 
    1.  Unauthorized repairs
    2.  Breakage due dropping or misapplication
    3.  Repair, alteration, or modification of the product by anyone other than the manufacturer
    4.  Damage resulting from accidents
    5. Abuse or misuse of the product in any manner whatsoever
    6. Damage resulting from incorrect or improper installation. 
  • Under no circumstance shall Hydro Dynamics be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product. 
  • This Warranty is the only warranty applicable and is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Shipping

  • The customer, not Hydro Dynamics, is resonsible for shipping costs on all products returned for warranty.
