store policies that reflect our commitment to customer service. Please
review our policies below before ordering.
Order
changes and Cancellations:
We do not accept change
orders or cancellations at this time
Please make sure the
item/item's your order are correct for your given set-ep and application
Please double check the
shipping address before you submit your order.
Returns:
Unopened items may be
returned for any reason within 3 days.
Please contact us to obtain
return instructions and a Return Authorization number prior to
returning your package.
Return requests must be
submitted to Transom
Jack's,
by using the link at the top of this page.
You are responsible for the
cost of having the product(s) shipped back to us, unless the return is
due to an error on our end.
We will not issue a shipping
credit on packages returned to us unless the return is due to an error
on our end.
Items may be
returned for refund only.

Warranty
Information:
All of the products we carry
have their own limited warranty offered by the manufacturer, some may
be eligable for an extended warrenty thru thier respective
manufacture.
Any claims based on
manufacturer warranties must be made directly to the manufacturer, and
not through Transom
Jack's.
Out
of Stock Products:
While we strive to only sell
products that we have inventory for, we may run out of stock on item on
occasion before they are shipped.
If your order can
not be fulfilled, we will notify you be email and will gladly credit
you in full for any unshipped products.
Tax:
Sales tax of 5% will be
added to all orders shipping to the state of Wyoming.
Shipping:
Here at Transom
Jack's,
we use UPS calculated shipping based on size and weight.
However, we reserve the
right to ship smaller items via USPS based on weight as well.
Please be sure to provide a
complete physical address when ordering, UPS will not ship to a P.O.
Box.
All CMC orders are usually
filled and shipped within 3 working days after your payment has cleared.
All Hydro Dynamics products
will be filled and shipped anywhere from 1-3 weeks since these products
are custome built and made to order.
We will email you a shipping
tracking number once your item has shipped
Tracking information is sent
out after 5:00 pm US Mountain Standard Time

can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by reasons
beyond our control such as, but not limited to, weather, disaster,
equipment break downs and the like.
Handling:
At DH
Camping and Fishing Supply,
we never charge a handling fee.
The way we see it, why
should you pay for us to box your items.
You will notice there is no
handleing fee mark-up during checkout!!
International
Shipping:
International shipping
available on CMC products only.
Due to Non-Compete rules set
by the Manufacture, CMC, we can not drop ship to the following Countries
Austraila
Greece
All international orders
will be invoiced through PayPal, meaning we will send you invoice to
your email address for payment.
